Miloš started his IT journey as a support team member and moved on to the gaming industry. From there, he progressed through various roles, each contributing to his growth and development, leading to his current position as a Department Manager within BlueGrid.

As a colleague noted, Miloš is a jack of all trades — a problem-solver, an information holder, and a pillar of support for our team. His role involves overseeing important work processes and attending countless meetings, where he ensures that everything goes smoothly and every detail is noted.

Behind the scenes, he’s a mastermind in board games at our team-building events, a lecturer at our knowledge transfer sessions, and occasionally, our DJ. He is truly an all-around player.
