BlueGrid.io in 2025: Growth, Team Culture, and What We Built Together

If we had to sum up 2025 in one sentence, it would be this:

We grew a lot, but it still felt personal.

Yes, we shipped projects and welcomed new clients. But the real story was the people behind the work. New teammates. New ideas. Conversations that turned into real momentum. Those little moments that remind you why you like doing this in the first place.

Here’s how 2025 looked from the inside.

Growing Together

Growth can feel noisy. This year felt… shared.

We welcomed 13 new colleagues to BlueGrid.io, and each one brought their own spark, perspective, and “wait, what if we try it this way?” energy. At the same time, 17 teammates stepped into new roles, which is always a good sign. It usually means two things are true at once: people are learning, and the team trusts them to level up.

We also celebrated the kind of milestones that make you pause for a second.

14 teammates hit five years with BlueGrid.io.
Two hit ten.

That’s the long-game stuff. The kind of progress you cannot fake.

New Clients, New Challenges, New Stories

This year, we partnered on projects across a pretty wide range of industries, including:

  • Hosting and cloud
  • CDN and infrastructure services
  • Healthcare and health-tech
  • Cybertech and security-focused platforms

Every project came with its own “fun puzzle” and its own “okay, this is serious” moment. Some were about scaling systems under pressure. Others were about tightening security. Some were about supporting teams that move fast and build big.

The through-line stayed the same: work closely, solve real problems, and build relationships that last longer than a single sprint.

Team Moments We’ll Remember

Work matters. But so does how you show up while doing it.

In 2025, we made time for the kind of team moments that reset your brain a little. The ones where you laugh more than you talk about tickets. Those moments do not just feel nice. They come back later as better collaboration, calmer problem-solving, and more trust.

Good energy turns into good work. That part is not fluffy, it’s real.

Sharing Knowledge: Learning Without Code

This year we launched a video series for people who want to build a one-page website without touching code:

Building your one-page website from scratch using Elementor

It’s a mini-course built to be genuinely usable. Twelve short videos, step by step, from setup to the final details. If you’re curious about WordPress, exploring Elementor, or just want to try building something yourself, it’s a solid starting point.

If you’ve watched it, we’d honestly love to hear how it went.

And if you know someone who’s been saying “I should finally build my site,” send it their way.

Security Insights: Staying One Step Ahead

Our security team spotted a pattern this year that was equal parts clever and worrying.

Fake job offers. A “coding task.” And malicious code is hiding inside what looks like a normal hiring step.

We wrote it up here:
Fake Coding Challenges, Real Malware: The Hiring Task Trap

Along with the story, we shared practical tips for how to spot it and avoid it. Sharing this kind of thing is part of the job. Not just for our clients, but for the broader community too.

Meeting the Industry Where It Lives

We spent time out in the wider tech and infrastructure world this year, including events like CloudFest, Web Summit, CyberTech Europe, and MSP Global.

Different cities, different formats, same general rhythm: long days, short meetings, quick hallway conversations that end up being the most interesting part.

These events gave us space to listen, compare notes, and see how other teams are thinking about scalability, security, cloud services, and what’s coming next.

And maybe most importantly, they let us show BlueGrid.io the way we prefer to show up: naturally. Through real conversations, shared experiences, and curiosity.

Conversations, From Different Angles

We also told our story in a few different formats this year, including interviews and podcasts.

Team members shared practical insights from their day-to-day work, how we approach challenges, and what it looks like behind the scenes. At the same time, our CEO joined two podcast episodes with European teams reaching a global audience, reflecting on lessons from 15+ years in tech and how we think about AI-enabled IT consulting, cybersecurity, cloud, and staff augmentation.

Giving Back: Community and CSR

January brought one of those reminders that sticks with you.

For the fourth year in a row, we partnered with Foundation 1%, supporting their awards ceremony for young scientists.

This year included:

  • 140 talented elementary and high-school students
  • 345 medals won at international competitions

It’s hard not to feel hopeful in a room like that. Curiosity, discipline, perseverance. It’s all there, in real time. Huge congrats to those students.
You’re the kind of progress we all want to see more of.

Looking Ahead

2025 wasn’t just about growth.
It was about connection, learning, and doing meaningful work together.

To our team, our clients, our partners, and everyone who crossed paths with us this year: thank you.
We’re carrying this energy into what’s next.

Here’s to building, learning, and growing together.
