Join the Blue Side!

We are always looking for smart people who love solving real problems. If that sounds like you, check out our open roles and apply today.

Our Values

These aren't posters on a wall. They're how we make decisions, how we treat each other, and how we know if someone is really one of us.

Ownership

It's yours, and that's a good thing. When you take real ownership, something shifts. You stop waiting for answers and start finding them. You pull in the people you need, stay close to the outcome, and feel it when things go right. That feeling, knowing you made it happen, is what we're here for.

Knowledge is Wealth

The more you learn, the more we all win. Every new skill you pick up makes the whole team sharper. When you share what you know, you multiply it. At BlueGrid.io, curiosity isn't a nice-to-have. It's how we stay ahead. The people who grow the fastest are the ones who make everyone around them better.

Step Up

See it. Do it. No one has to ask. The best people here don't wait for permission. If you see a gap, fill it. If someone needs a hand, give it, even if it's not your project. Taking initiative like that isn't just helpful. It's what builds a reputation worth having.

Catch the Ball

When everyone shows up, great things happen. The teams that do their best work aren't always the most talented. They're the most reliable. At BlueGrid.io, being a team player means knowing when to run with the ball and when to pass it. Show up, communicate, and lift the people around you. The whole thing gets better when you do.

Don’t forget to play

Work should be something you'd choose again. We spend a third of our lives at work. That's too much time to just get through it. The goal isn't only to build something great. It's to look back knowing we had a good time doing it. Playfulness isn't a distraction. It's how we stay creative, connected, and actually good at what we do.

Don't Be an Asshole

Give what you'd want to receive. BlueGrid.io gives you real opportunity, honest feedback, and full respect. We ask for the same in return, from everyone, every day. When people treat each other well, the work gets better, trust compounds, and showing up actually feels like something worth doing. That's what we're building here.

Meet the Team!

Excellent people and committed professionals who believe that by working together, we can accomplish anything. We constantly push the boundaries in both our personal and professional lives because we are driven by the desire to advance in our area.

Industries and technologies in which BlueGrid.io works

BlueGrid.io puts together teams that can best serve the demands of the client. We work on the creation of software solutions for the financial, human resources, geographic-focused, cloud-based, and other industries. We distinguish ourselves from competitors by forming specialized teams that include both our clients and staff members. Technology is an area where things change and evolve swiftly. This is why it's crucial to pay special attention to the job listings page, where it's simple to determine what technologies are required for a given post.

Selection process

We make an effort to speed up the selection procedure and keep it to no more than seven days per step/round. The candidate is informed of the status following each phase of the selection process. Some variations may arise during the selection process itself due to the fact that we hire for various teams and products that we produce or support, but essential processes are always present. Examining the received CVs After that, we speak with the candidate over the phone about the experience described in the biography. The conversation then continues live or online. We can also arrange testing if necessary. If it is a development role, testing is frequently necessary and typically involves a "surface scratch test" prior to a home test. A client introduction follows that. Typically, one to two video calls are made during a client meeting. Then comes a job offer. Of course, if we are a good fit for each other 😊

How to send my job application?

With the form on the jobs page, you may submit your employment application (hyperlink). Don't worry if you choose to send your resume through email; our recruiters check the inbox regularly. Sending a cover letter is not required, but it is unquestionably preferred. By doing this, you'll be able to wow us and differentiate yourself from the competition.

How to prepare for the interview?

The most crucial thing is to stay true to yourself. We value your comfort in our space since it's the only way we can do amazing things. Consider your professional motivations and how you may leave your imprint. Look at our principles and beliefs; if you can identify with them, the rest will be simple. As this is a matching process, it is crucial that both parties have similar beliefs and an overarching objective.

Right now, there are no active positions for my experience.

That doesn't imply there won't be any in the future, so don't be concerned. Fill out the "General" box on the application (hyperlink) or submit your resume to [email protected].

Work at your office or from home

As long as you can complete your job at the agreed-upon standard, it's up to you. It would be lovely to meet up with you for lunch or a drink at some point in the future. You can always anticipate a happy atmosphere if you begin from the office because we are people who value teamwork and a good atmosphere.

What does career progression look like?

We support your growth over two paths: - Vertical growth: Move up within your current team based on team needs and long-term plans. - Horizontal growth: Transition to another team or project where your skills can create a bigger impact.

Do you cover professional certifications?

Yes. We sponsor role-relevant certifications that improve effectiveness on the job. Example: for DevOps engineers, certain certifications are required to deliver project outcomes; continued team placement may depend on completing them.

What are the working hours?

Schedules are team-specific. Some teams require 24/7 coverage with shifts; others operate standard business hours. Your schedule will be defined during onboarding.

Why do you enjoy working at BlueGrid.io?

Because we, the editors of this page, got the real opportunities to grow while doing work we love in the culture that nurtures. That’s what we wish for all of you :)

How often do performance reviews happen?

Month 3: First formal review, early performance direction and feedback. Month 6: End-of-probation review. Annually: Ongoing annual reviews thereafter.

What’s expected of me in the first month?

Expect a role-based training program (2–6 weeks). After training, you should be independent in your responsibilities. Of, course, supported but, independent - not alone.

Is there documentation for my role/project?

Yes. Documentation may be public (internal) or project-private and is covered during training. Everyone is expected to contribute improvements so each onboarding is smoother than the last.

What health insurance do you offer?

UNIQA private insurance, including an annual comprehensive medical check-up.
