Technical Support Engineer

AJAX | API | CSS | FRONTEND | HTML | JAVASCRIPT | JSON | REACT | SUPPORT

We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems and helping others. The ideal candidate is comfortable with frontend technologies, quick to learn new tools, detail-oriented, and genuinely friendly in their approach. Check out the product you'd be working on.

Working hours: 2 PM - 10 PM CET, Monday to Friday.

Job location: Remote / Serbia

Responsibilities

  • Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
  • Handling escalations through to the end until a definite resolution is reached and presented to the merchant
  • Maintaining organized notes on projects and ensuring they're presentation-ready
  • Participating in all department standups and meetings that are relevant to their role and side projects
  • Sharing ideas for improvements and helping implement them
  • Active & continued participation with the product team
  • Keeping API documentation up to date and making improvements

Requirements

  • Experience with React, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and HTML5
  • Familiarity with templating languages such as Jinja and Liquid
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to take direction, understand technical requirements, and follow through proactively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or similar roles
  • Basic understanding of APIs and how they work
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
