We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems and helping others. The ideal candidate is comfortable with frontend technologies, quick to learn new tools, detail-oriented, and genuinely friendly in their approach. Check out the product you'd be working on.
Working hours: 2 PM - 10 PM CET, Monday to Friday.
Job location: Remote / Serbia
Responsibilities
- Combining technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
- Handling escalations through to the end until a definite resolution is reached and presented to the merchant
- Maintaining organized notes on projects and ensuring they're presentation-ready
- Participating in all department standups and meetings that are relevant to their role and side projects
- Sharing ideas for improvements and helping implement them
- Active & continued participation with the product team
- Keeping API documentation up to date and making improvements
Requirements
- Experience with React, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, JSON, and HTML5
- Familiarity with templating languages such as Jinja and Liquid
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to take direction, understand technical requirements, and follow through proactively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of APIs and how they work
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
