Thought of a day BlueGrid.io members radiate today is “brainstorming”! People look at the company status and the way it runs and assume there is a procedure behind it that shapes the whole story. If the company strives towards advancement and growth it rarely means there is a procedure that makes it possible. Usually, the people driving it are agile enough to constantly put themselves in uncomfortable situations pushing the innovation as a mission. Brainstorming properly performed is essential for growth. It is something we at BlueGrid.io started using as a method of change and improvement.

So, procedures are needed but, far from essential when you aim for innovation!
