To support its expanding global customer base, OpenMetal partnered with BlueGrid.io to introduce extended operational engineering coverage from Serbia, bridging EU and Asia time zones. Previously, relying on US-based teams caused response delays for international clients and high on-call burdens for US engineers. By establishing a dedicated presence to manage non-US working hours, OpenMetal achieved near-continuous 20-hour support. The collaboration reduced escalation pressure on US teams, provided proactive infrastructure monitoring (OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes), and streamlined enterprise onboarding, resulting in improved platform reliability and faster resolution times for global customers.
