We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us identify and engage talented professionals for a variety of technical roles.
This is an entry-level position and previous recruitment or sourcing experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, enjoys research and communicating with people, and wants to build a career in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
You will work closely with our recruiters to understand hiring needs, research the market, identify potential candidates, initiate conversations, and build strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Source candidates for technical and IT roles using LinkedIn, AI tools, Boolean searches, ATS databases, and other platforms
- Understand technical requirements and translate them into effective searches and targeted candidate lists
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Create personalized outreach messages, contact candidates, and follow up through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Share basic information about opportunities, answer initial questions, and refer interested and qualified candidates to recruiters
- Maintain accurate candidate and outreach data in the ATS
- Collaborate with recruiters to improve sourcing criteria, outreach, and search strategies
- Track sourcing activities and contribute to team targets and overall pipeline results
- Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn by networking, sharing relevant content, and engaging with candidates
- Build and engage candidate communities by sharing opportunities, industry insights, learning resources, and company updates
- Help organize and promote candidate workshops, meetups, webinars, and other community events
- Continuously develop knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
Requirements
- Basic understanding of IT and technology terminology
- Strong communication and online research skills
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- An active and professional LinkedIn profile and willingness to use it regularly for networking, content sharing, and candidate engagement
- Confidence in reaching out to and starting conversations with people you do not know
- Persistence, patience, and resilience when working on difficult searches
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with recruiters
- Interest in building professional relationships and candidate communities
- Willingness to participate in and help organize online or in-person candidate events
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
- Previous experience with online research, lead generation, sales prospecting, customer service, community management, event organization, or similar work
- Experience creating or sharing professional content on LinkedIn or other online platforms
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn about different IT roles and technical skill sets
