We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to building and enhancing products that deliver meaningful value to our customers.
In this role, you will take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions effectively support business goals. You will have the opportunity to influence system design, work with modern JavaScript technologies, and help elevate engineering best practices across the team.

Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to advocate for product improvements that address evolving needs
- Design, develop, and maintain JavaScript-based internal and external applications
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while adhering to established standards
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure reliable and maintainable software
- Lead small to medium-sized engineering projects, managing communication with both internal and external partners
- Mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and technical guidance
- Contribute to system design, technical planning, and continuous process improvements.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to strengthen development practices
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications
- Perform regular regression testing and create automated tests to ensure software accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience, with 6+ years in software engineering
- Proficiency in at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, or Angular) and strong server-side experience with Node.js or similar technologies
- Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and architecture patterns
- Hands-on experience with source control systems such as Git
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams or projects with strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working in agile, Scrum-based environments with a focus on delivering business value
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, work independently, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- A collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for mentoring others and improving team practices
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
