Technical Support Engineer


We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. You will be working on providing professional services support to developers and upgrading the existing system based on the product team’s requirements and user feedback. This position primarily requires working the day shift (2 pm - 10 pm CET).

The ideal candidate understands web technologies, REST services, API fundamentals, and Python. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team, contributing to and managing a rapidly growing network.

Job location: Remote / Serbia


  • Work with developers to integrate their codebases with our API
  • Improve and maintain our API codebase
  • Combine technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
  • Document processes and build new tools to enhance support workflows
  • Identify patterns, recommend improvements, and filter out unimportant issues


  • Experience with Python is a must
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL)
  • Familiarity with web environments including HTTP, SSL, and DNS
  • Understanding of REST fundamentals
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Background in the software industry
  • Experience in working as a Technical Support
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
