Support Engineer Tier 3

We are looking for Support Engineer Tier 3 who will be helping with debugging and triaging general support. The ideal candidate understands how the web works and has a strong knowledge of REST services, API fundamentals, python or ruby languages. This is a great opportunity to be part of a small team building and running a high growth network. Job location: Belgrade

Responsibilities:

  • Debugging and triaging general support
  • Building internal tools for support
  • Solving problems other people can’t solve
  • Making solution recommendations for developers and other teammates
  • Checking patterns in logs, code, problems and coming up with theories for how to solve or conveying those patterns to the rest of the team

Necessary skills and experience:

  • Excellent problem solver
