We are in search of a technical enthusiast to become an integral part of our 24/7 Support/SOC team. You'll actively collaborate with the existing team, execute daily operations, and assist our customers.
Product synergizes cloud technology, Big Data, Machine Learning, and other forefront technologies to craft an agile, intelligent, and resilient cybersecurity SaaS platform hosted on the global cloud.
Job location: Remote / Serbia
Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Overseeing and executing daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the cybersecurity platform
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to the product, including those related to cloud technology, Big Data, and Machine Learning
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and customer interactions as necessary for future reference and continuous improvement
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as technical support
- Knowledge of security concepts and practices
- Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LB, SSL, HTTP/S)
- Good listener, strong communication skills, thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
Nice To Have
- Previous experience with one of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Previous experience with Security vendors (F5, Checkpoint, Radware)
- Previous experience with web application security
