SOC Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled individual to join our dynamic 24/7 Support/SOC team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our existing team to ensure the seamless operation of our advanced cybersecurity SaaS platform while delivering exceptional support to our customers.

Job location: Remote / Serbia

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries, issues, and requests via phone, chat and email.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents for cloud-hosted servers.
  • Manage endpoint security tools (EDR/antivirus) and maintain incident logs.
  • Oversee and execute daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the cybersecurity platform.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and customer interactions for continuous improvement and future reference.
  • Support compliance activities, including vulnerability scanning and reporting.
  • Maintain secure identity and access management processes.
  • Proactively recommend system and policy enhancements to improve overall security and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of security concepts and practices.
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, LB, SSL, HTTP/S).
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with one or more major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Previous experience with security vendors (e.g., F5, Checkpoint, Radware).
  • Familiarity with web application security concepts and practices.
