We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, efficient scheduling, and clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support, including calendar management, email handling, and task prioritization for executives.
- Conduct in-depth research on various topics and present actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Prepare, edit, and refine professional presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to optimize time and resources.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and business needs with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Be flexible with working hours, including occasional evening or weekend availability, to meet urgent project needs or accommodate global time zones.
- Anticipate the needs of executives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Align with the executive’s highly collaborative and results-driven working style, ensuring clear, concise communication and delivering outcomes efficiently.
- Occasionally travel (5-10% of the time) within Europe for leadership meetings, company retreats, or project-related activities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as Executive or Personal Assistant.
- High commitment to delivering quality results and supporting the executive team’s goals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to adjust working hours based on the needs of the business.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information efficiently.
- Proficiency in creating high-quality, visually appealing presentations using tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Experience in a similar role supporting executives or senior leaders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and project management tools.
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
